The div "Two" is contained in div "One". Div "Three" is independent.
Div "Three" appears on top of div "Two," even though div "Two" has a higher z-index value. The reason for this behavior is that its containing element, div "One" has a lower z-index value than div "Three".
One: z-index = 50
Two: z-index = 500
Three: z-index = 200
